Must be registered for at least one of the following programs:
- Mini Ballmatics: start date Dec. 20, 2021 or later
- Jr. Ballmatics: start date Dec. 20, 2021 or later
- Ballmatics Training: start date Dec. 20, 2021 or later
- Ballmatics House League: start date Jan. 2022
- Adult Coed League: start date Jan. 6, 2022
